It's simple.

We specialize in month-of coordination, commonly known as day-of coordination.

Month-of coordination, aka day-of coordination, is perfect for the couple that is almost at the finish line - vendors are booked, design & decor are decided, invites are sent, etc. - and is tying up loose ends as the big day awaits.

We step in 4-8 weeks prior to your wedding day to set our clients up for success - the more prepared we all are before the big day, the smoother all the details will come together on the wedding day. Our priority is to take as much stress and anxiety off from our clients as they approach one of the most sentimental (and expensive) days of their lives. The mark of a successful wedding is when our clients are able to be present and enjoy these once-in-a-lifetime moments - enjoying, laughing, crying, dancing with their loved ones. What a fulfilling outcome - this is what we work for!

The following is a breakdown of services included:

Pre-wedding day:

  • Initial consultation

  • An annual checklist will be provided to clients at signing

  • A personalized client portal with secured access to all planning documents, emails, invoices, and appointments

  • Unlimited accessibility for general consultation and check-ins from the signing of contract via email, text messages, or phone calls

  • Meetings as needed and scheduled

  • 1 site visit tour

  • Liaison between all vendors and the couple. This includes, but is not limited to, confirming arrival times, setup and breakdown, cleanup, vendor cues, day-of execution, revising, sharing of timeline, etc.

  • Work closely with the couple to create and finalize the customized master timeline, including the vendor contact list

  • Create mood board for decor/design setup, including tracking of personal items that need to be tracked for setup and breakdown

Wedding day:

  • Complete wedding day management for up to 10 hours on wedding day

  • Setup and breakdown of décor (not handled or provided by a vendor) and personal items – i.e. ceremony décor, guestbook, place cards, programs, welcome table, and more. This does not include setup of furniture, tables, and chairs or other items handled or provided by vendors (i.e. caterer, rental company, lighting company, etc.)

  • Manage all vendor communications & coordination – This includes confirming vendor arrival times and ensuring vendors are following the day’s schedule

  • Oversee the implementation of decor, floor plan, layout, and flow of all participating vendors.

  • Conduct and coordinate the ceremony as well as the order of the evening reception

  • Manage wedding day activities according to the timeline, and making adjustments if necessary

  • Troubleshoot problems and discretely handle minor and/or even major issues to the best of my ability

  • Per client's instruction, arrange for all personal belongings, gifts, and cards are packed up and given to a designated family member, room or vehicle by the end of the day

Month-of Coordination price starts at $1,950.00.  Our service may be customized depending on your location, guest count, level of service & need, and travel accommodations.   We limit our bookings every year so we can focus on each and every wedding.  Although we do not do any of the design or planning, we value being accessible and available to answer questions and provide guidance in ways that we can.
